The Anniversary is a short film written and to-be-directed by Peer Award winner Stephen Mack. This dark comedy is inspired in part by Leopold von Sacher Masoch’s Venus In Furs, with a script that has placed in multiple national competitions

We are determined to make a film of uncompromising quality, one that stands apart from the typical indie fare. In order to do this, we need your support. We are asking for donations of any size, big or small. All donors will be given a “Special Thanks” credit, while larger donations will be considered for more prominent credits. We are proud to have been granted fiscal sponsorship for the project by Fractured Atlas, which will accept tax-deductible donations in the project’s behalf. Donations by check of $1000 or more must be accompanied by a Major Gift Letter. Email us and we will provide you with a simple form letter to fill out and send with your donation.

Donations can also be made directly to the production in the form of in-kind (non-cash) donations. These can be in the form of any goods or services offered to the production such as the lending of props, equipment, catering or craft service, as well as the use of locations in the DC/Baltimore area provided for filming, rehearsals, or post-production. While donations of services or other “intangibles” are not tax deductible, they can be of considerable value to the production.
